Week 6 coming up! Thank you to everyone for their hard work on their persuasive essays from last
week! It was great to see the process take shape. We hope you have some fun with this week’s

Parents, we know you will be collecting student work from the school this week. We hope you take
some time to go through the work with your child. They have worked hard, as is evident in the work you

Also, we have some shoes that are unclaimed and we are not sure who they belong to. We have
attached a few pictures below to help us sort belongings. Could you please check with your
child by today and let us know via email if any of these shoes belong to him/her and we will put
them with the rest of his/her belongings to make pick up as smooth as possible.

This week we are challenging ourselves with a cross-curricular design task which will focus on creativity,
collaboration, ideation, research, and testing while incorporating language arts and physical education
outcomes. It is intended that we will work on this design challenge over the next two weeks.
