Weekly Update: June 1 - June 5

Dear Parents, Guardians and Students, 

Welcome to Week 10 of our ongoing learning!  We hope the extra day off this week provided everyone
with an enjoyable extended break. 

Yearbooks

Please remember that yearbooks are on sale now until June 12.  You can order and pay on your
MyCBE/Powerschool account.  

Google Classroom

As a reminder, please ensure assignments are being “turned in” using Google Classroom.  This helps the
teachers to ensure they are receiving assignments and to ensure students receive timely feedback.  Most
of our students have become familiar with this procedure.  If you are unsure, please email your
classroom teacher.

Wednesday: Chapter 7 Super Pizza/ Perspective Writing  (Gilbank Open Meet @ 11:00AM)

Thursday:  Patterns and Relations - Wrap Up - Math Task #18 

Friday:  Chapter 8 Super Pizza/ Perspective Writing 

Open Google Meet Times: (Please note there are no Monday Open Google Meet times this week as
Monday is a non-instructional day for students.  

Tuesday: Open Math Meet 10:30 (Pallesen)

• (Invitational small group support will continue as scheduled for Tuesday - Thursday)

We will continue with a Language Arts curricular focus on perspective writing.  Students will continue to
practice reading comprehension strategies. This week in math, our focus will be the preservation of
equality and wrapping up our Patterns and Relations unit!
